About the Position: Reporting to CPO. As a member of one of the fastest growing social game companies, you will have an opportunity to work closely with all levels of the organization to achieve our performance and growth objectives.
*Create and adapt game concepts and features, taking them from concept to release and post-release management.
*Analyze real-time feedback and metrics, and adjust game designs and priorities accordingly
*Create and tune complex game systems to optimize game performance.
*Develop product feature roadmap and coordinate delivery with development, design and QA teams.
*Write clear and detailed BRD’s (GDD), including wireframe, screens, flow charts and UI / UX elements.
*Conduct post-launch performance analysis and adjust game designs and priority of features accordingly.
*Collaborate with business analysts to create and tune game economy to optimize performance.
*Collaborate with local and offshore development, graphic design and QA teams to achieve results.
*Pitch innovative ideas for all aspects of the business; participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions.
*Maintain application knowledge database; document and analyze market trends and best practices.
*Passionate social gamer
*At least 1-year experience as a Product Manager in an online and mobile application – Mandatory.
*Excellent communications skills, assertive personality and ability to motivate people and achieve results in a matrix organization – Mandatory
*Experience in a social gaming industry- A big advantage
*Strong mathematical and statistical analysis skills; experience with Excel.
*Innovative and fresh approach to design challenges
*Drive to learn from others and be in constant learning process.
*Fluent written and spoken English; Portuguese language skills a big plus
