GameSmart is a Startup Company of social and mobile casino games, dedicated to the production of localized content for emerging markets.

The CRM Manager is a results producing key link between the business functions and players.  It involves understanding the business needs and applying creative solutions to drive results.

Requirements:

  • Understand company objectives and the ability to craft custom, effective strategic plans to meet goals.
  • Ability to analyze data for campaigns to determine business impact and return on investments.
  • Responsible for the creation, implementation and day-to-day management of the Retention Marketing and Social Media strategies.
  • Manage brand promotions and in-app communications to the players.
  • Ensure a vibrant, engaging and rewarding experience for the players.
  • Craft syndication schedules, tone and messaging guidelines and other general marketing outreach initiatives.
  • Campaign management: coordinate creative executions for emails, landing pages, graphics, purchase funnels and other elements within the communities.
  • Research and competitor intelligence as needed in order to engage and investigate any trending activities within the industry.
