- Responsible for the creation, implementation and day-to-day management of the Retention Marketing and Social Media strategies.
- Manage brand promotions and in-app communications to the players.
- Ensure a vibrant, engaging and rewarding experience for the players.
- Craft syndication schedules, tone and messaging guidelines and other general marketing outreach initiatives.
- Campaign management: coordinate creative executions for emails, landing pages, graphics, purchase funnels and other elements within the communities.
- Research and competitor intelligence as needed in order to engage and investigate any trending activities within the industry.
